Among of the most powerful mediums, podcasts allow writers to connect to audiences using the most human method possible: the voice. Interviews and stories allow hosts to find new connections with listeners, and allows listeners the ability to challenge and deepen their thinking, or to hear a really good story in small, bingeable pieces.

Using Storytelling and Voiceover, I’ve created projects that light up the imagination and tickle the creativity in listeners. My first podcast, “The Reading Gorilla” served as my senior capstone for BYU-Idaho. My current podcast “Aeternal” features several pieces focused predominantly on storytelling using various techniques, ranging from serialized narratives and one-shot specials to narrated flash-fiction pieces.
